The bob sleds on wheels are suitable for all ages – yes even adults. I’ve been twice already and didn’t feel the need to take a stand-in child as an excuse to be there. The park is open Tues-Fri 12:00-18:00, Sat and Sun 9:00-18:00, and public holidays 9:00-18:00.
Tickets can be bought online at Computicket or at the park on the day. Tickets range from R20 for a single ride (you will want to go more than once) to R80 for a full day unlimited adult pass.
